Evaluation of the work performance and developmental potential of employees is held annually. Through on-the-job and off-the-job development, the knowledge, skills, and attitude of employees can be improved to trigger their potential with more important work, which allows them to have promotion of higher positions and ensures the best match of employees, work, and organization, to improve employee satisfaction and organizational performance.

Performance Management and Development

 
o cultivate successors of all levels and strengthen organizational performance, the company implements employee performance management and development system based on the PCDA management cycle. At the end of each year, the department supervisors and employees set the targets together for the next year to determine the level of skills and actions required for achieving these targets. The evaluation of performance is held biannually. During the performance evaluation, the supervisors can continuously observe the results and give their feedbacks to employees and provide advices according to their performance and career development. This ensures employee opportunities of their career development.
